Venue

The 8th Workshop on Molecular Communications will be held at the Oslo University Hospital (OUH) in Oslo, Norway, from 10-12 April 2024. Except for the social activity and the banquet dinner on April 11, all official Workshop activities will be held at the Domus Odontologica at the co-located Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Oslo (Gaustad and Rikshospitalet campus).

  • The Gaustad and Rikshospitalet campus is in the north of Oslo, Norway.
  • All technical presentations will take place in the Store Auditorium (A1.1001) or Lille Auditorium (A1.1004) at Sognsvannsveien 10, 0372 Oslo.
  • The location of the Welcome Reception on April 10 will be announced soon.

Travel

From Oslo Airport:

  • Oslo Airport is an approx. 40min car drive from the workshop venue.
  • Oslo city centre can be easily reached by bus, train, or taxi. Further information can be found here.

From Oslo city centre:

  • The workshop venue can be easily reached by public transportation (~20 minutes):
    • Tram: Line 17/18 Rikshospitalet to the stop Rikshospitalet
    • Metro: Line 4 Vestli or Line 5 Ringen to the stop Forskningsparken and either walk or take tram Line 17/18
    • Metro: Line 1 Frognerseteren to the stop Gaustad and walk
